Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with Product, Operations, Clinical, Technology, Finance, and vendor organizations
Identify opportunities and define business requirements
Bring strategic initiatives from concept to implementation
Use data, business insights, and industry knowledge to evaluate opportunities and influence decisions
Drive innovation and continuous improvement
Support product enhancements that deliver measurable business value
Design, develop, assess, and implement organizational management projects, policies, and procedures
Identify business process improvement projects and recommend efficiencies to management
Conduct cost/benefit evaluations of external and internal resources
Analyze business requirements and production specifications to improve management operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment
3 years of technical or operational experience required
Database reporting skills utilizing Access, Cognos and data warehouse
Experience with SQL, Google BigQuery, or similar data analysis tools preferred
Healthcare, health insurance, product strategy, or related business experience preferred
Experience supporting cross-functional strategic initiatives from discovery through implementation preferred
Strong critical thinking and relationship-building skills
Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable strategies
Strong facilitation skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or in a team environment
Analytical and decision-making abilities
Team player, organized, and able to handle multiple projects
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
