About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collect data and analyze workforce needs, systems, trends, and metrics
- Provide reports and consultation to help management develop strategies and make business management decisions
- Interpret data and create dashboards for management to identify key performance indicators and monitor productivity
- Help the organization understand the relationship between the workforce and business processes, issues, needs, and systems
- Modernize how workforce data is maintained, analyzed, automated, and delivered to leaders
- Support recurring work, ad hoc requests, competing priorities, report automation, scheduled refreshes, workflow automation, and process improvements
- Document report logic, business definitions, processes, and data sources to support consistency and knowledge sharing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience creating or maintaining reports, recurring data outputs, and/or analytical summaries
- Proficiency using SQL to extract, join, transform, validate, and/or summarize data
- Proficiency with Excel for data review, validation, reconciliation, PivotTables, lookups, and recurring report support
- Experience designing dashboards and reports with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Experience with HR, workforce analytics, finance, operations, or other people-related business data
- Exposure to Databricks, Python, ETL processes, data pipelines, semantic models, or database tables
- Experience documenting report logic, business definitions, processes, or data sources
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
- Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment
- 3 years of proven quantitative and qualitative research experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment
- Ability to handle multiple projects
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
