About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead supply chain planning transformation projects
- Take responsibility for full projects or major workstreams within larger programmes, working with a Bluecrux engagement lead
- Define scope, deliverables, milestones and responsibilities
- Monitor progress across scope, quality, budget and timelines
- Anticipate risks, manage dependencies and address issues before they disrupt delivery
- Facilitate workshops, project governance meetings and steering committees in German and English
- Communicate progress, make trade-offs visible and secure alignment on priorities and next steps
- Translate business needs into coordinated delivery plans with planning specialists, solution architects and implementation teams
- Coordinate activities across Bluecrux, client teams and implementation partners
- Set expectations, delegate effectively and help team members resolve delivery challenges
- Build change management, business readiness and knowledge transfer into the project approach
- Support adoption of new planning processes and solutions in everyday operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven track record managing supply chain planning transformation projects in a client-facing environment
- Consulting experience with ability to independently structure delivery, facilitate discussions and guide clients through complex decisions
- Understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning and how processes, people, data and technology come together in a transformation
- Experience leading projects involving Anaplan or comparable planning solutions, such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, OMP or o9
- Ability to work effectively with functional and technical specialists
- Hands-on Anaplan configuration expertise is not required
- Confidence managing project scope, budgets, timelines, risks and dependencies
- Ability to build trust with senior stakeholders, communicate clearly and constructively challenge decisions
- Ability to lead workshops, governance discussions and stakeholder conversations in German
- Ability to collaborate effectively in English
