About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Private Debt Portfolio Management team with regular tasks
  • Conduct ad-hoc research and analysis
  • Collect and analyze data to develop and support investment strategies
  • Support investment decision-making
  • Collect and analyze content for reporting tools
  • Prepare presentations and other supporting materials
  • Conduct sector research and maintain an information database
  • Maintain competitor monitoring using quantitative data and qualitative analysis

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration or a related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in asset management, investment management, investment consulting, banking or a similar role
  • Good understanding of fixed income and credit markets, including bonds, yield, duration, spreads, ratings, benchmarks and portfolio risk characteristics
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Professional proficiency in English required
  • CFA or similar professional qualification is a plus
  • Experience with emerging markets and impact investing is a plus
  • Experience with data management tools, programming and AI-enabled knowledge tools is a plus
  • Proactive, independent and highly organized self-starter
  • Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks
  • Collaborative team player with willingness to learn and time management skills
  • Sound judgment and ability to work effectively across functions, geographies and seniority levels
  • Curious and pragmatic problem-solver with a continuous-improvement mindset
  • Openness to AI enablement and passion for impact investing
