About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide evidence-based mental health care as a licensed therapist
- Conduct clinical work via telehealth from home
- Collaborate actively in a team-based format with psychiatric and counselor providers
- Participate in regular staffing with collaborating prescribers at least monthly to discuss patient cases or clinical topics
- Coordinate care between psychiatric and counselor providers
- Choose clinical work days and hours autonomously
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be fully licensed as an LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or Ph.D.
- Open to licensing in alternative states
- Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist preferred but not required
- Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender community desired
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Solid computer and basic technology skills
