What you’ll need

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) qualification
Lead a team of behavior technicians
Build individualized intervention plans
Work with families and physicians to deliver tailored ABA therapy
Background check required, which may include criminal history and driving record
Consent required before the background check is conducted
