Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) qualification
  • Lead behavior technicians and deliver ABA therapy
  • Build individualized intervention plans
  • Work with families and physicians
  • Exercise clinical judgment and deliver high-quality care
  • Practice ethically and work autonomously
  • Work in or commute to the Lexington, Kentucky center as required by the hybrid model
