About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a team of behavior technicians

- Collaborate with the Clinical Advisory Board and clinical committees
- Participate in Grand Rounds, the Annual Clinical Conference, clinical outcomes initiatives, and research through SprigLAB
Requirements
What you’ll need- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- Lead a team of behavior technicians
- Build individualized intervention plans
- Work with families and physicians to deliver tailored ABA therapy
- Clinical judgment and ethical practice
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, including remote work one day per week as center operations allow
