About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete the dual study program in Business Administration (Bachelor of Science) at the Hamburg School of Business Administration (HSBA)
- Combine practical experience with an academic degree
- Rotate through various departments at the company’s headquarters in Norderstedt, including Recruiting, Purchasing, and Corporate Responsibility
- Support the Recruiting team in selecting new employees
- Publish job advertisements on various platforms
- Participate in interviews for commercial positions
- Contribute to projects
- Support the Purchasing departments with the selection, planning, and procurement of cut flowers, potted plants, and non-floral products
- Maintain close relationships with national and international retailers
- Support the development of sustainability concepts for product range decisions and business processes
- Contribute to the BLUME2000 beekeeping operation
- Take ownership of specific areas and develop individual focus areas during the program
Requirements
What you’ll need- Good grades in the German university entrance qualification (Abitur or Fachhochschulreife)
- Good grades in German, English, and mathematics
- Meet HSBA admission requirements or pass the admissions examination
- Willingness to work independently and take responsibility
- Ability to contribute new ideas and drive change
- Open-mindedness and ability to work in a team
- Strong communication skills
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
- Enjoyment of analyzing numbers
