About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Troubleshoot and technically solve complex issues affecting monitoring and reporting service quality
Maintain and evolve operational and recording systems
Design and implement automation scripts and tools using Python and SQL/MongoDB to replace manual tasks
Optimise management of large data volumes
Ensure data quality and scalability of implemented solutions
Provide clear technical documentation for knowledge transfer
Collaborate with the Operations team and Business Line
Report to the Operations Manager
Learn BMAT products and their value proposition
Execute tasks under Operations Manager supervision during the first 30 days
Autonomously manage tasks and contribute to projects by the second month
Support Operations and team objectives and workflows
Report incidents and propose improvements to the Operations Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

Preferably +1 year experience working with large datasets, focusing on data analysis or data processing
Experience managing larger, multi-step projects or client setups
Experience providing direct client support in a technical environment
Knowledge and experience in the music industry preferred but not mandatory
Strong computer literacy and data handling skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with coding and database access is a plus
Basic skills in Python, SQL/MongoDB, or Bash scripting highly valued
Comfortable dealing with large amounts of data and numbers
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and take initiative
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Fluency in English required
Additional languages such as French, Italian, or Portuguese may be required for specific roles
