About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Shape and execute the Finance technology and transformation strategy
Lead the roadmap for Oracle ERP, OneStream, Adaptive Planning, reporting, analytics, integrations, and other critical Finance capabilities
Define and lead a multi-year Finance AI and automation agenda
Prioritize high-value opportunities improving productivity, decision-making, accuracy, and scalability
Accelerate responsible adoption of generative AI, copilots, agent-based solutions, intelligent automation, and advanced analytics
Modernize end-to-end Finance processes across FP&A, financial close and reporting, Treasury, Tax, Revenue Accounting, and Finance Shared Services
Establish governance across Finance technology, data, AI, security, controls, and SOX compliance
Partner with senior leaders across Finance, IT, Data, and Business Operations
Translate strategic priorities into scalable initiatives, investment decisions, and measurable business outcomes
Build and inspire a high-performing global organization spanning Finance platforms, ERP and EPM, analytics, automation, and process excellence

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related discipline
15+ years of progressive leadership experience across Finance, Finance Technology, Financial Systems, or Finance Transformation
7+ years leading global teams
Enterprise software company experience preferred
Deep experience with enterprise Finance platforms, including ERP and EPM solutions such as Oracle, SAP, OneStream, Hyperion, Adaptive Planning, or comparable technologies
Track record of defining roadmaps and delivering large-scale transformation involving AI, automation, data, digital Finance, or process modernization
Practical experience evaluating and scaling generative AI, copilots, agent-based solutions, machine learning, and intelligent automation in a governed enterprise environment
Strong Finance and business acumen, including financial reporting, analytics, controls, governance, data, and enterprise technology
Executive presence and influential leadership skills
CPA, CMA, MBA, or another relevant advanced degree or professional credential preferred
