About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Primarily support clients in the inbound call queue
  • Invoke trust and build strong client relationships
  • Determine individual investment needs
  • Provide professional advice to ensure clients’ financial goals are met
  • Support clients with portfolio reviews, onboarding, account access, contributions, withdrawals, and other requests
  • Fulfill sales and service activities for customers in accordance with approved procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of four (4) years of relevant industry experience, OR a post-secondary degree or diploma
  • Completed the core proficiency components for IR licensing, including Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct & Practices Handbook Course (CPH), or Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE)
  • Familiarity with common wealth management strategies and their relative strengths and weaknesses
  • Excellent communication, time management, and listening skills
  • Bilingualism in French and English is a strong asset
  • Bilingualism in English and Cantonese or Mandarin will also be considered an asset
