About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support senior Treasury & Payment Solutions sales professionals in originating, structuring, and executing treasury, liquidity, payments, card, and working-capital solutions
  • Develop client strategies, identify treasury and liquidity needs, and advance sales-pipeline opportunities
  • Prepare client and prospect research, meeting materials, presentations, proposals, requests for information, and pre- and post-call packages
  • Serve as a responsive point of contact for sales-related questions and coordinate answers across internal partners
  • Deepen existing relationships and identify opportunities to expand product penetration, revenue, deposits, and relationship value
  • Analyze client financial, operating, cash-flow, pricing, volume, and relationship data
  • Translate complex information into insights, financial analyses, and client-ready materials
  • Monitor market, industry, regulatory, and competitive developments and apply relevant insights to client discussions
  • Coordinate sales execution from discovery through documentation, approval, implementation, and activation
  • Collaborate with product, implementation, service, risk, legal, compliance, operations, and Corporate Banking teams
  • Track implementation activity, client commitments, billing, and outstanding items; escalate risks or delays and drive resolution
  • Maintain accurate client, pipeline, pricing, activity, and relationship information in Bank systems and files
  • Support calling plans, pipeline reviews, portfolio reporting, strategic initiatives, business objectives, and sales targets
  • Build internal and external relationships, contribute in meetings, and communicate recommendations
  • Improve sales, service, reporting, and administrative processes and help implement practical solutions
  • Provide guidance and coaching to Analysts where applicable
  • Apply the Bank’s risk management framework, policies, controls, and approved risk appetite
  • Deliver timely, accurate, complete, and compliant work

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Typically 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
  • A post-secondary degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience supporting treasury, payments, corporate banking, transaction execution, client coverage, or complex project delivery is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret financial and operational data and develop practical recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prepare polished materials and communicate effectively with senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated initiative, organization, and ownership
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurately under tight timelines
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills
  • Sound judgment and confidence working across functions in a complex organization
  • Proficiency with relevant business technology
  • Willingness to learn new products, systems, and market developments
