About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide day-to-day delivery of lending operations processes, including loan administration and servicing
  • Support payments, transactions, service requests, administrative activities and stakeholder inquiries within SLAs
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve processes and achieve business results
  • Provide advice and guidance on implementation of solutions
  • Support strategic initiatives with internal and external stakeholders
  • Respond to standard and non-standard inquiries from business partners and external customers
  • Integrate information from multiple sources for efficient processes, analysis and reporting
  • Monitor and track performance and address issues
  • Support change management execution and sustainment activities
  • Resolve standard issues and escalate non-routine issues
  • Perform administrative documentation tasks and maintain records
  • Provide problem-solving support to junior staff
  • Participate in planning, testing and implementation of continuous improvement projects
  • Process service requests, transactions and activities accurately and timely within SLAs
  • Check and reconcile information and documentation; identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Data enter, review and verify loan information and documentation
  • Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver business objectives
  • Support development and implementation of new processes and systems
  • Maintain understanding of regulatory requirements and operational risks
  • Support development of tools and delivery of training
  • Make client calls when needed for complex cases or escalations
  • Attend the Montréal office twice per month

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Typically 3–5 years of relevant experience
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • In-depth knowledge and experience using relevant systems and technology
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of key products and services, processes and controls
  • In-depth knowledge of risk and regulatory requirements
  • Good prioritization skills
  • In-depth PC skills, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience
  • In-depth verbal and written communication skills
  • In-depth collaboration and team skills
  • In-depth analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Influence skills
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Ability to support clients and team members inside and/or outside Quebec
