About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support execution of business priorities across approximately 180 branches in Greater Toronto
  • Translate regional and enterprise priorities into clear field actions
  • Support business planning and monitor performance results
  • Coordinate regional initiatives and address issues affecting sales, customer experience, operational effectiveness, and risk management
  • Lead operational excellence, audit readiness, regulatory compliance, attestations, and issue remediation routines
  • Monitor operational health, identify emerging risks, track action plans, and ensure control and governance execution
  • Coordinate enterprise initiative implementation and support change adoption
  • Support executive communications, leadership meetings, regional reporting, employee engagement activities, and community initiatives
  • Advise senior leaders on business decisions and strategic initiatives
  • Develop business cases, recommend priorities and resource requirements, and create execution roadmaps
  • Manage resources and lead strategic initiatives toward business and financial goals
  • Define analytics and reporting requirements and produce reports and dashboards
  • Lead change management programs, including readiness, planning, stakeholder management, execution, evaluation, and sustainment
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, complaint escalations, communications, budgets, operating expenses, and financial reporting
  • Integrate information from multiple sources to improve processes, analysis, and reporting
  • Apply risk-informed decision-making aligned with BMO strategy, policies, laws, and regulations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Typically 9+ years of relevant experience
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Extensive industry knowledge
