About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide financial and investment planning and advice in collaboration with team members

  • Identify opportunities to generate referrals for personal banking, lending, and investment products
  • Implement relationship management plans with the lead relationship manager
  • Develop solutions and recommendations based on business strategy and stakeholder needs
  • Support strategic initiatives with internal and external stakeholders
  • Analyze strategic issues, data, and information to provide insights and recommendations
  • Track metrics, milestones, and performance; address issues
  • Manage databases and support analysis, forecasting, and data visualization under data governance standards
  • Design and produce regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards
  • Build and participate in change management plans and activities
  • Develop communication plans, tailored messaging, and distribution channels
  • Plan and implement operational programs
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and efficient service
  • Design and develop business tools and training programs, and potentially deliver training

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Typically, between 4–6 years of relevant experience
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • FINRA Series 6, 63 & 65 Licenses OR FINRA Series 7 & 66 licenses
  • Life and Health Insurance Producer’s License
  • Completed LTC Continuing Education Requirements
  • Strong working knowledge of the financial industry
  • In-depth experience working with managed products and providing fee-based advice
  • In-depth understanding of deposit and loan (including mortgage) products and banking services
  • Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience
  • In-depth verbal and written communication skills
  • In-depth collaboration and team skills
  • In-depth analytical and problem-solving skills
  • In-depth influence skills
  • In-depth data-driven decision-making skills
