About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate with Sales, Client Services, Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, and external agencies including ESDC and CRA to support Advisors, Dealers, and BMO Sales teams with RDSP and RESP servicing
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex RDSP and RESP servicing issues
  • Provide hands-on support to Advisors and Dealers processing and administering RDSP and RESP plans
  • Serve as the key contact for RDSP and RESP NIGO items and work with stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Monitor, track, and analyze RDSP and RESP NIGOs to identify root causes and recurring issues
  • Oversee RDSP and RESP activity and identify trends and systemic issues
  • Coordinate scheduled communications to clients and Advisors with the Sales team and/or Contact Centre
  • Recommend improvements to registered-plan servicing models, processes, and support
  • Assist with developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and support materials for RDSP and RESP plans
  • Collaborate with the Product Support team on RDSP/RESP issues and enhance registered-plan support materials

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong knowledge of RDSP and RESP products, servicing requirements, and regulatory considerations
  • Proven ability to manage escalations and resolve complex plan issues
  • Strong coordination and relationship-management skills across multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to identify trends and systemic issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while operating effectively within a cross-functional team environment
  • Experience supporting registered investment plans within the Canadian financial services industry
  • Familiarity with Transfer Agency servicing models, dealer operations, and Advisor workflows
  • Understanding of CRA and ESDC reporting and registration requirements for RDSPs and RESPs
  • Typically between 4–6 years of relevant experience
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of business analysis, project delivery practices, and standards across the project lifecycle
  • Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience
