Key responsibilities & impact

  • Represent the bank at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
  • Structure and negotiate complex credit facilities and banking solutions
  • Lead credit discussions, secure approvals, and collaborate with internal partners
  • Review lending and cash management agreements for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Conduct financial analysis and credit assessments
  • Collaborate with product specialists, credit partners, risk teams, and senior leaders
  • Act as an escalation point for complex client situations
  • Provide insights and recommendations for business strategy and portfolio performance
  • Monitor portfolio profitability, risk profile, and return on equity performance
  • Evaluate client relationships to deepen engagement and optimize returns
  • Prepare executive-level reporting on portfolio performance, market developments, and client trends
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and risk management standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4-7 years of experience in Commercial Banking, Relationship Management, Portfolio Management, or Business Development
  • Proven success managing complex client relationships and delivering strong sales and revenue results
  • Experience structuring, negotiating, and executing commercial lending transactions
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, credit analysis, and risk assessment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience will be considered
  • Credit qualification requirements, where applicable
