About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contact clients directly to troubleshoot and correct errors or exceptions and handle inquiries
  • Respond independently to phone, email, and other inquiries regarding supported services
  • Provide daily reconciliations and metrics
  • Review daily open items to ensure proper follow-up and closure
  • Meet service level agreements for daily deliverables
  • Ensure assigned tasks and project deliverables are completed
  • Lead the processing and timely issuance of securities
  • Support clients with routine transactions and daily processes
  • Provide basic technical assistance and respond to straightforward client inquiries

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 0-3 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Preferred customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to take a lead role in the processing and timely issuance of securities
  • Ability to provide quality support for routine transactions and daily processes
  • Ability to provide basic technical assistance to clients
  • Ability to respond to phone, email, and other client inquiries
