About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide complex analytics and reporting services to improve and automate Client Processing systems
- Manage moderate to complex external client issues and ensure timely delivery of service or issue resolution
- Participate in product development, product enhancement, and system testing
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of high-value transactions
- Apply in-depth system knowledge and industry standards to solve complex problems
- Support internal and external clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- 5-7 years of total work experience is preferred
- Experience in brokerage processing is preferred
- Experience supporting client processing systems and high-value transaction processing
