About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Enable platforms and products across the enterprise, including enhancements, changes, transitions, and complex remediation plans
Participate in delivery plans across products and platforms
Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to scope requirements using standard products and services or remediate acute client issues
Define or execute delivery plans for client implementations and complex remediation plans
Coordinate implementation and setup of products and services across internal and external stakeholders
Track milestones, dependencies, and risks across the delivery lifecycle
Identify, escalate, and remediate impediments
Create and deliver communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership
Implement change-control processes in response to client requests
Participate in or manage implementation closure, stakeholder notification, feedback collection, and continuous improvement
Support sales activities, including creating RFPs and consulting with clients on requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
3–7 years of experience
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to innovate and drive process improvements
Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is desirable
