About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide complex analytics and reporting services
  • Improve and automate Client Processing systems
  • Manage moderate to complex external client issues
  • Advise organizational units and teams to ensure timely service delivery or issue resolution
  • Meet with organizational units and teams to address and resolve problems promptly
  • Participate in product development, product enhancement, and system testing
  • Solve complex problems based on detailed system knowledge
  • Apply area knowledge and industry standards to provide solutions to internal and external clients
  • Support lower-level client processing roles
  • Allocate and check the work of team members as needed
  • Perform supervisory review, training, and approval actions as needed
  • Contribute to related teams’ objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 5–7 years of total work experience preferred
  • Prior hands-on syndicated loan experience preferred
  • Familiarity with loan servicing, ClearPar, and LSTA preferred
  • Experience in brokerage processing preferred
  • Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business
  • Prior loan operations experience in a financial service setting preferred
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and execute workload
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
