About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7-10 years of client service or relationship management experience in the Corporate Trust or related financial services industry
  • Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • MBA preferred
  • Proven track record of client retention and satisfaction
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze client health metrics and translate insights into action
  • Deep understanding of Corporate Trust products, market dynamics, and operational processes
  • Client-obsessed mindset and passion for service excellence
  • Knowledge of risk management, governance, and compliance
