About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-platform book of work
Translate platform strategy and product roadmaps into executable delivery plans
Drive execution aligned to Objectives and Key Results and strategic intent
Partner on demand-to-capacity alignment through forecasting, planning and prioritization
Manage cross-group delivery risks, issues and escalations
Facilitate cross-group execution governance and decision-making forums
Ensure delivery activities conform to the enterprise delivery framework
Drive cross-platform product or capability adoption and speed to market
Support delivery data, controls and reporting integrity and transparency
Lead, coach and develop delivery talent

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience leading large-scale delivery across business, engineering and operations
Leadership experience in complex matrixed environments
Demonstrated success delivering cross-platform programs, infrastructure modernization or transformation initiatives with measurable business impact
Strong understanding of the intersection of technology, operations and client experience
Ability to translate strategy and product vision into practical delivery plans
Strong executive communication skills
Ability to influence stakeholders across functions
Experience with resource and capacity planning for global teams
Experience working across matrixed organizations to drive execution
Fluency with delivery tooling (e.g., JIRA)
Experience with enterprise reporting
Strong controls and governance discipline
Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability and a continuous improvement mindset
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
