Key responsibilities & impact

Develop across the full stack of Web technologies, including Java, JavaScript, Angular.js, HTML, and CSS
Work in a Scrum-based Agile development process
Translate requirements, stories, and mock-ups into fully functional features with the implementation project team
Configure application UI and workflows
Develop integration components such as SSO and LDAP with multiple HR systems
Attend and participate in Scrum meetings
Assist with user acceptance testing
Provide management with timely updates on assigned tasks
Contribute to support-based needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years ServiceNow development
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
JavaScript proficiency
Knowledge of ITIL
Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Angular JS, Web Services, etc.)
Experience working in a SaaS environment
Degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology
Proven experience in technical consulting roles
Preferred: 7+ years working on the ServiceNow platform
Preferred: ServiceNow Accreditations in all product lines
Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM)
Preferred: Proven experience in one additional product line outside of ITSM
Preferred: Knowledge of LDAP, VPN, SSL, SAML/SSO and related technologies
Preferred: Experience implementing systems using Agile/Scrum (ITBM) methodology
Preferred: Strong written, interpersonal, and presentational communication skills
