About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end design of complex product solutions, including features, packaging, pricing, and delivery model
Serve as principal solution architect for designated product domains
Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, Operations, and Risk to define solution requirements, success metrics, and target-state journeys
Ensure traceability from business outcomes to detailed specifications
Drive solution discovery and validation through use-case definition, prototyping, proof-of-concept, and client pilots
Engage directly with clients and front-office teams
Use structured experimentation and data-driven analysis to refine and de-risk proposed solutions
Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
Recommend innovative, scalable, and compliant solutions
Govern solution delivery and adoption by establishing acceptance criteria and reviewing functional and non-functional designs
Partner with change, training, and go-to-market teams to ensure successful implementation and client outcomes
Coach peers and junior colleagues on solution design, stakeholder management, and risk-aware decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field
8+ years of total experience
Advanced product solution design and requirements analysis skills
Ability to translate complex client and business needs into coherent, scalable product constructs
Strong stakeholder management and influence skills
Ability to align diverse functions around a common solution vision and challenge constructively
Proven strategic and analytical capabilities
Comfort with data-driven decision-making
Risk assessment skills
Ability to evaluate commercial, operational, and regulatory trade-offs
