Provide oversight and set priorities for multiple teams preparing and maintaining tax and regulatory records, returns, and reports
Assist clients with developing tax and regulatory strategies and recommend regulatory compliance approaches
Manage team performance and set area priorities
Guide work performed by multiple teams
Design client-customized metrics and monitor output to ensure client satisfaction
Present tax and regulatory strategy recommendations to clients regarding regulatory changes or client-specific fund changes
Oversee resource allocation across teams and processes for client calculations and reporting
Assist clients with complex tax and regulatory questions from investors
Partner with Corporate Tax to monitor the regulatory landscape and lead resulting process changes
Recruit, direct, motivate, and develop staff
Manage multiple teams of Tax Reporting and Compliance professionals and support staff
Oversee achievement of team goals, talent management, and supervision

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience required
7–10 years of total work experience preferred
1–3 years of management experience preferred
Experience in tax reporting and analysis preferred
