About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver the best possible onboarding to clients as part of a team
  • Support Transaction Managers in client transaction onboarding
  • Validate and manage critical documents
  • Handle account opening and validation
  • Set up ticklers
  • Coordinate with Transaction Managers and other functional and enterprise teams
  • Generate and provide information in response to internal and external client questions
  • Process key tasks supporting deal closing and onboarding in Corporate Trust

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-5 years of total work experience preferred
  • Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
  • Fluent English spoken and written (minimum B2 level)
  • Proven relevant client service and risk management experience within financial services
  • Good problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience within a financial services function
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Availability for EMEA shift time coverage
  • Occasional availability to extend working hours for urgent deliverables
