About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Map processes and value streams to uncover handoffs, dependencies, and smarter ways of working
  • Support PI and delivery planning and connect work to Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
  • Track milestones, capacity, decisions, risks, and issues
  • Use AI-enabled tools to summarize delivery information, streamline reporting, identify patterns and emerging risks, and generate actionable insights
  • Manage intake, priorities, and dependencies across teams
  • Create delivery updates and delivery-health insights for leaders
  • Help develop playbooks, standards, and continuous-improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and business teams
  • Contribute to enterprise transformation and cross-platform initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program
  • Strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred
  • Graduating in Dec 2027 or May 2028 (U.S.)
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
  • Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future in the country where applying
