About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain oversight of an assigned portfolio of Corporate Trust policy documents
  • Ensure policy documents remain current, well governed, and aligned with business and regulatory expectations
  • Partner with Platform, Compliance, Risk, and Legal stakeholders to develop new policies
  • Coordinate periodic and ad hoc reviews of existing policies
  • Deliver reporting and metrics supporting policy governance, oversight, and management decision-making
  • Lead coordination of policy updates arising from Compliance Monitoring reviews, Audit findings, and other control-related developments
  • Represent the Corporate Trust Policies team on assigned projects and enterprise initiatives
  • Provide policy expertise and help ensure alignment with governance expectations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
  • 5-10 years of experience in policy writing, procedure development, governance, risk, controls, compliance, or operational documentation preferred
  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred
  • High attention to detail and a strong standard of quality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and take ownership of deliverables
  • Experience leading meetings and coordinating across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Demonstrated flexibility and ability to quickly reprioritize in response to changing business needs
  • Corporate Trust products, services, operations, or control experience preferred
