About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ businesses, operating models, and technology strategies
  • Deliver exceptional service aligned with client needs across BNY’s products and services
  • Act as the central escalation point across Operations, Technology, and service delivery
  • Cultivate strong client relationships and understand service requirements
  • Facilitate communication regarding industry news, regulatory and BNY changes, and product evolution
  • Maintain continuous service improvement across products and services
  • Monitor service quality, product performance, and overall client experience
  • Anticipate potential issues and opportunities
  • Deliver operational analytics, insights, and transparency into service performance
  • Guide service evolution based on client requirements and changing operating models
  • Drive quality client experience and service through thought leadership and client feedback
  • Provide strategic insight into service delivery, product, technology, and operations improvements
  • Navigate technology, product, and operations groups to improve current service and build future solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 7–10 years minimum related work experience preferred
  • Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred
  • Proven experience working with large, complex client accounts
  • Proven ability to resolve critical, complex, or non-routine client issues or inquiries
  • Deep knowledge of products and services across multiple lines of business and geographies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior client and business leaders
  • Ability to contribute to business development efforts
