Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong educational background
  • Experience in Corporate Trust and/or transaction management in asset-backed securities and mortgage-backed securities
  • Ability to work under tight and demanding deadlines
  • Ability to manage internal and external relationship difficulties in a time-sensitive, pressured environment
  • Ability to investigate and propose innovative legal solutions to uphold enterprise documentation standards
  • Ability to propose commercial solutions to business
  • Strong inquisitive and lateral thinking skills
