Key responsibilities & impact

Lead analysis and reporting supporting business operations, enterprise initiatives, and strategic planning across the site
Set the approach for gathering, organizing, and interpreting operational data and metrics
Turn complex data into reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership decision-making
Build and maintain automation and reporting infrastructure using Python, Power BI, Alteryx, and UiPath
Apply AI-enabled tools and techniques to streamline workflows, surface insights, and reduce manual effort
Communicate across technical and business audiences
Own informational and decision-seeking materials for senior stakeholders
Lead or serve in a senior analytical role on cross-functional, multi-year enterprise and industry initiative teams
Identify and drive process and technical improvements, build business cases, and support implementation
Maintain and improve shared team resources and workflows, including SharePoint tracking and documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience
7+ years of experience in operations, business analysis, quality assurance, or a related function within financial services or a similarly complex environment
Experience supporting large-scale, multi-year projects tied to industry or enterprise initiatives, with increasing ownership and autonomy
Strong technical proficiency in Python, Power BI, Alteryx, and UiPath, with ability to build solutions
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and execution skills
Judgment to manage competing priorities under pressure
Polished written and verbal communication skills
Experience presenting findings and recommendations directly to senior stakeholders and management
Preferred: Experience supporting treasury services, clearing, settlement, or market infrastructure-related operations
Preferred: Practical experience applying AI or generative AI tools to operational problems, process automation, data synthesis, or decision support
Preferred: Experience leading or supporting large-scale transformation, regulatory, or industry-driven change initiatives
Preferred: Working knowledge of SharePoint for team collaboration, workflow, and documentation management
