Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream AI programs from problem framing through build, deployment, and measured value.
Define team outcomes, map the work behind them, and design roles where agents do the work and people own judgment.
Structure approaches, set direction, create executable roadmaps, and define production-quality outcomes.
Run product discovery with client teams and end users; define releases, success metrics, and priorities.
Shape solution architecture across models, clouds, and platforms, and recommend defensible build, buy, or configure decisions.
Navigate ambiguity, make decisions, and maintain momentum.
Partner with clients from C-suite to working AI capability, managing stakeholder dynamics and growing relationships.
Structure proposals, scope engagements, and shape commercial strategy.
Grow accounts through expansion opportunities grounded in delivered outcomes.
Turn successful engagements into case studies, thought leadership, and reusable intellectual property.
Champion AI-first ways of working by building personal tools and workflows.
Lead, coach, and develop team members across multiple engagements.
Set high standards, provide direct feedback, and give credit generously.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in consulting, agency or custom solution environments serving enterprise clients.
Experience leading complex engagements and moving from strategy to product.
Ability to take ownership, move things forward, and remain resourceful in ambiguity.
Confidence, grounded judgment, willingness to own mistakes, invite critique, share credit, and improve the team.
Ability to learn quickly, think clearly, and simplify complexity.
Commercial acumen, including growing accounts, shaping problems, structuring credible proposals, and understanding how senior buyers evaluate value, risk, and feasibility.
Passion for understanding problems and building AI solutions.
Experience building personal workflows, tools, or automations.
Experience building and deploying AI products for real users and understanding the difference between demos and production.
