About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and lead the implementation of agile methodologies across projects and teams
- Promote the adoption of agile practices throughout the organization and ensure continuous process improvement
- Create and execute talent development and people management strategies aligned with the company’s strategic objectives
- Provide consulting and strategic support to leaders and teams on agile methodologies and people management practices
- Lead projects and initiatives to improve agility and talent development
- Conduct advanced analyses of the effectiveness of agile practices and people development initiatives using metrics and feedback
- Provide guidance and mentoring to analysts and members of the Human Resources and Agility teams
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to implement agility and people development practices and strategies
- Manage performance indicators and continuous improvement plans
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Postgraduate degree or advanced certifications in agile methodologies (Scrum Master, Product Owner)
- Expertise in agile methodologies and project management tools
- Strong experience developing talent strategies and managing change
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and influence teams and stakeholders
- Ability to conduct detailed analyses, identify issues, and develop strategic and effective solutions
- Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and develop effective solutions to improve processes and practices
- Ability to manage complex projects and strategic initiatives while handling multiple priorities and deadlines
- Preferred: experience in technology companies, startups, or agile environments
- Preferred: knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
