Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 18 years of age or older
  • 2 - 4 years' customer service experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
  • Ability to operate POS system and handle various payment methods
  • Ability to work in a goal-driven retail environment with frequent customer interaction
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively multitask in retail environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to work 2 weekend days per month
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise up to 50lbs
  • Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching and other physical movements required
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for garment handling, tagging, POS operation, and other fine-motor tasks
