About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive studio growth by leading the BODYBAR sales process, achieving monthly revenue goals, and preserving membership value through consistent engagement and retention efforts
- Recruit, train, and coach a motivated sales team
- Foster local community relationships through grassroots marketing, local partnerships, and networking events
- Create meaningful member experiences by building authentic relationships, supporting member goals, and encouraging referrals
- Maintain a polished and welcoming studio environment through cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail
- Oversee retail operations and coordinate with vendors to keep products stocked and well-merchandised
- Manage administrative systems, inventory, and studio supplies
- Engage with members before and after class and build the BODYBAR community
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience managing and leading teams
- 5+ years in retail, service, or fitness sales with a strong track record of meeting targets
- Proven ability to consistently exceed sales goals and quotas
- Skilled in generating leads through community events, partnerships, and referrals
- Excellent communication skills, both in-person and digitally
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Professional, reliable, and punctual
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
- Passionate about fitness and helping others reach their goals
