About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and deliver complex industrial engineering projects across Bodycote's ADE sites in the UK and Europe
- Own the full project lifecycle, from initial specifications and design through manufacture, installation and commissioning to final production handover
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required technical and quality standards
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
- Deliver projects involving equipment, machinery or manufacturing systems from design through commissioning and handover
Requirements
What you’ll need- A degree or equivalent qualification in an engineering discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in project engineering
- Proven experience delivering complex industrial engineering projects, including equipment, machinery or manufacturing systems from design through to commissioning and handover
- Strong project management, technical problem-solving and risk management skills
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
- Fluency in German, Dutch or Swedish, together with a strong command of English
- Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively across Europe, up to 75% during peak project periods
