About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the end-to-end Customer Engagement Operations strategy and execution for key US Human Pharma offerings
- Orchestrate strategy and execution across content, channels, field teams, home office teams, and operational infrastructure
- Ensure alignment across Commercial and Medical organizations and maximize impact across customer segments
- Oversee Incentive Compensation, Customer Facing Team Operations, Congress and Meetings Management, speaker bureau operations, and related governance processes
- Define and lead enterprise omnichannel engagement strategy across Commercial and Medical
- Oversee the end-to-end content ecosystem, speaker bureau operations, and integration of digital and in-person engagement models
- Set strategic direction and governance for omnichannel integration, agency partnerships, creative development, and media strategy
- Translate omnichannel strategy into execution across customer-facing teams and align field execution with HPRC and broader governance structures
- Drive consistent, compliant, and data-informed customer engagement across channels
- Design, integrate, and optimize operational capabilities, processes, governance, and infrastructure
- Drive cross-functional initiatives improving customer, patient, and healthcare provider experiences
- Enhance Medical and Patient Excellence capabilities by embedding best practices and scaling innovation
- Establish performance measurements, success metrics, and governance frameworks
- Create a performance-based team culture with accountability and urgency
- Recruit, hire, coach, develop, motivate, manage, and monitor managers and professionals
- Set expectations, provide feedback, conduct MAG reviews, address performance challenges, and monitor action plans
- Complete career planning and competency assessments
- Act as senior integrator across Commercial, Medical, Patient, Global, and enabling functions
- Partner with senior stakeholders to define priorities, resolve trade-offs, and drive enterprise outcomes
- Oversee content governance and risk evaluation, including recommendations for risk mitigation and escalation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- Minimum 12 years of relevant pharmaceutical, customer engagement, commercial, marketing, operations, or related experience
- Executive-level problem-solving and analytical skills
- Impeccable business judgment
- Ability to communicate with global management teams
- Experience working across Commercial and Medical teams
- Deep expertise in omnichannel engagement and customer-facing execution, including content, digital, and field-based engagement
- Significant leadership experience leading large, complex, and cross-functional organizations, including leading leaders
- Experience leading large, complex teams and budgets
- Proven ability to define and execute enterprise-level strategy
- Experience managing agency, media, and content ecosystems preferred
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
- Experience using technology, data, and analytics to improve performance preferred
- Ability to create financial and operational objectives across business departments
- Experience leveraging analytics and insights to drive performance optimization preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction
- Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical, if required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
