About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design end-to-end Artificial Intelligence solutions, including data ingestion, model training/fine-tuning, deployment, monitoring, lifecycle management, and machine learning architectures
Lead AI initiatives from Proofs of Concept to scalable, enterprise-wide production deployments
Evaluate and recommend Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, and Generative AI technologies
Lead AI architecture, LLM/RAG pipelines, and agentic workflow orchestration aligned to business use cases
Design and build low-code/no-code abstraction layers, visual workflow nodes, and template engines for agent creation
Define AI strategy, roadmaps, and technology standards
Evaluate emerging AI/ML, agentic framework, and automation technologies and recommend adoption
Balance hands-on AI model development with cross-functional coordination
Build functional PoCs and minimum viable products to validate architectural assumptions and technical viability
Collaborate with executive leadership, Data Science and IT, service tower leadership, vendors, and consultants

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in Data Engineering and/or Software Development
5+ years of experience with Artificial Intelligence hardware and software integration
5+ years of enterprise architecture experience, including cloud architecture, security, data privacy, integration, and deployment
5+ years of experience developing information architecture and working with databases
5+ years of experience with cloud hosted platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure
3+ years of experience with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies
3+ years of experience with modern programming and scripting languages such as C++, Java, JavaScript, Perl, Python, or Visual Basic
3+ years of experience researching and applying large language and generative AI models
Experience training machine learning models in a cloud computing environment and fundamental knowledge in MLOps
10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Experience with visual automation and conversational platforms preferred
Willing and able to travel up to 20% domestically
Successful candidates must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest assessment process
Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements as a U.S. Person

Bachelor’s of Science degree or higher in data science, machine learning, applied statistics, mathematics, computer science, or engineering preferred
