About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies
  • Assess suppliers’ company health, performance and capability
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions
  • Evaluate supplier proposals for cost, lead time, quality and risk
  • Prepare and execute negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements
  • Conduct risk, issues and opportunities management
  • Analyze external market and internal demand
  • Identify root cause and recovery plans
  • Manage supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance
  • Initiate supplier improvement activities and integrate results into contracting strategies
  • Develop solutions to problems of moderate scope and complexity
  • Contribute to new job practices, techniques, and standards
  • Manage sourcing, contracting, and supplier performance for HR, Learning and Development, and Travel categories
  • Partner with HR, Travel, and cross-functional stakeholders to align purchasing decisions with business needs, policy requirements, and service level expectations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 1+ years of experience working in Supply Chain Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Supply Chain Planning
  • 1+ years of experience leading negotiations with standard terms and conditions; including payment terms
  • Experience as the key point of contact for managing supplier performance against contractual agreements
  • Experience interpreting data and presenting analysis and/or recommendations to management
  • Successful candidates must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
  • A “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required
  • Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status
