About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage supplier/subcontractor business relationships, in-service requirements, and performance against contractual obligations
  • Gather and review data for supplier performance evaluations
  • Identify and communicate potential risks and issues
  • Support development of mitigation plans
  • Deploy operating authority to improve product delivery and quality performance
  • Support development and implementation of supplier project plans
  • Work 100% onsite at one of the listed locations
  • Work 1st shift

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • More than 1 year of experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processes
  • More than 1 year of experience negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance
  • More than 1 year of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services
  • More than 1 year of experience working in a multi-functional team environment
  • U.S. Person status required for export control compliance
  • Must live in the immediate area or relocate at own expense
  • More than 1 year of experience creating, interpreting and/or enforcing technical requirements preferred
  • More than 1 year of experience in root cause analysis and Corrective action preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
  • Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status
  • Ability to work 1st shift
  • Subject to post-offer drug and alcohol testing when criteria are met
