About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate activities required to facilitate the quick return to service for emergent customer requirements, including AOG
- Enter, track, monitor, and coordinate customer material and delivery requirements for emergent escalations
- Advise customers regarding order status, changes, or improvements on AOG hard-grounded requirements
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to identify and drive solutions for customer hard-grounded aircraft situations
- Review and decipher engineering data for alternate problem resolution
- Support suppliers by identifying constraints and assisting with mitigation plans
- Assist in collecting and processing supplier and customer data regarding products or services, including repair capabilities and capacity
- Act as a liaison with multiple stakeholders to accomplish common objectives
- Assess and analyze customer escalations and formulate problem resolutions
- Use multiple Boeing systems in a fast-paced environment for AOG hard-grounded requirements
- Adapt to a fast-changing and high-stress work environment
- Manage multiple concurrent deadlines
- Ask questions and contribute in a team environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years of experience working in Supply Chain
- Must be able to work any shift
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Able to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines
- Customer service experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (preferred)
