About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate activities required to facilitate the quick return to service for emergent customer requirements, including AOG
  • Enter, track, monitor, and coordinate customer material and delivery requirements for emergent escalations
  • Advise customers regarding order status, changes, or improvements on AOG hard-grounded requirements
  • Act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders to identify and drive solutions for customer hard-grounded aircraft situations
  • Review and decipher engineering data for alternate problem resolution
  • Support suppliers by identifying constraints and assisting with mitigation plans
  • Assist in collecting and processing supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services, including repair capabilities and capacity
  • Act as a liaison with multiple stakeholders to accomplish a common objective
  • Assess and analyze customer escalations and formulate problem resolutions
  • Use multiple Boeing systems in a fast-paced environment for AOG hard-grounded requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1+ years of experience working in Supply Chain
  • Must be able to work any shift
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Able to work both independently and also in a collaborative team environment
  • Able to work in fast paced environment while being able to meet strict deadlines
  • Customer service experience
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience working as a Supply Chain Specialist
