About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build processes, standards, and operational frameworks from the ground up
- Assess Operational Technology systems for compliance with IT and OT cybersecurity standards and regulations
- Support troubleshooting and remediation for Building Management Systems and Building Automation Systems
- Analyze and resolve system alarms, faults, and abnormal conditions; determine root causes and implement corrective actions
- Support alarm rationalization and tuning of fault detection and diagnostics rules
- Evaluate integrations between Building Management Systems and enterprise systems to ensure reliable data flow and operational visibility
- Support nationwide rollout and integration of the enterprise SCADA platform
- Analyze configuration and connectivity issues and coordinate fixes with site teams, integrators, and vendors
- Facilitate discussions and meetings addressing IT compliance requirements and operational needs
- Troubleshoot industrial communication networks and protocols, including BACnet/IP, BACnet MS/TP, Modbus TCP/RTU, and Ethernet/IP
- Assist with technical documentation, integration specifications, as-built configurations, and site onboarding records
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience with Operational Technology
- 5+ years of experience in Real Estate, Facilities Operations and/or Facilities Management
- Experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data, then summarizing findings and developing conclusions and recommendations
- Experience developing and managing internal processes and procedures
- Domestic travel up to 25%
- U.S. Person required to meet U.S. export control compliance requirements
