About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee and review software and hardware documentation for internal consistency and adherence to Boeing and program standards
  • Oversee configuration control of work products
  • Generate Configuration Management records as evidence of adherence to CM plans and Boeing standards
  • Verify the accuracy of internal and external deliveries
  • Support Change Boards
  • Respond to internal audits and customer queries
  • Lead Configuration Management activities for the program
  • Maintain a large number of documents
  • Evaluate contracts and modifications to establish CDRL and SDRL submittal schedules
  • Enter schedules and metadata into a data tracking system for notifications
  • Review submittals for contract compliance
  • Work with Procurement and Subcontractors to ensure timely data submittals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active DOD-Secret U.S. Security Clearance; U.S. Citizenship Required
  • U.S. Person status required for U.S. export control compliance
  • 1-3 years of experience in Configuration Management
  • Level 3: 3-5 years of experience in Configuration Management
  • Level 4: 6-8 years of experience in Configuration Management
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred
  • NDIA certification preferred
  • Experience with Automated Builds and DevSecOps preferred
  • Ability to oversee software and hardware documentation for internal consistency and adherence to Boeing and program standards
  • Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status
  • Successful candidates must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest assessment process
  • Must work fully onsite in Seal Beach, California, or Colorado Springs, Colorado
  • Relocation is not offered
