About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee and review software and hardware documentation for internal consistency and adherence to Boeing and program standards
- Oversee configuration control of work products
- Generate Configuration Management records evidencing adherence to CM plans and Boeing standards
- Verify accuracy of internal and external deliveries
- Support Change Boards
- Respond to internal audits and customer queries
- Lead CM activities for the program
- Maintain a large number of documents
- Evaluate contracts and modifications to establish CDRL and SDRL submittal schedules
- Enter schedules and metadata into a data tracking system for notifications
- Review submittals for contractual compliance
- Coordinate with Procurement and subcontractors to ensure timely data submittals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required); a U.S. Security Clearance active in the past 24 months is considered active
- U.S. export control compliance eligibility as a “U.S. Person”
- 3–5 years of experience in Configuration Management
- Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred
- NDIA certification preferred
- Experience in Automated Builds & DevSecOps preferred
- Lead, Level 4: advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, or equivalent combinations such as Bachelor+4 years or 8 years' related work experience
- Must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest assessment process
- Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status
- Willingness/ability to work fully onsite in Seal Beach, California or Colorado Springs, Colorado
- Active U.S. Security Clearance required (posting contains both Top Secret and Secret wording)
