About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Guidance Subsystem Support Contract (GuSSC) program
- Support sustainment operations as the PFAS and PADS Labs Manager
- Provide technical support for classified PFA Lab and unclassified PADS Lab maintenance, repair, and preventive measures
- Ensure safe, reliable, and economic operations for mission-critical software development programs and customers
- Research, develop, test, and evaluate operations, support programs, modifications, repairs, and technical data
- Communicate design and operational issues and concerns with engineering
- Develop in-service correspondence for safe equipment operation and maintenance
- Participate in accident investigation or support teams
- Participate in disabled product on-site surveys to assess damage
- Adapt existing test procedures
- Track, manage, and inventory GFE and classified items
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
- Level 3: 5+ years of related work experience and a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of related work experience and technical education
- Level 4: 9+ years of related work experience and a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of related work experience and technical education
- 5+ years of experience with technical problem resolutions at various levels: component parts, harness subassemblies and assemblies, subsystem and system integration
- Must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
- Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements; a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship
- Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required
- Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status
- Experience working with and troubleshooting computers and computing equipment, including cables and IO interfaces
- Experience inspecting, cleaning, and troubleshooting circuit cards
- Experience with Windows Operating Systems
- Cybersecurity experience, including access control, user admin control, systems security, and backups
