Key responsibilities & impact

Manage employees performing activities within multiple (2 or more) engineering disciplines
Develop and execute project and process plans
Implement policies and procedures and set operational goals
Acquire resources for projects and processes
Provide technical management of suppliers
Lead process improvements
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports
Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes
Manage, develop, and motivate employees
Execute sustainment engineering efforts
Provide technical supervision of engineering staff
Technically execute multiple ICBM sustainment programs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
8+ years of related work experience and a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of related work experience and technical education
U.S. Person status as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62
Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance; a clearance active within the past 24 months is considered active
U.S. Citizenship required for the security clearance
Must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest assessment process
Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements
Must work onsite at Hill Air Force Base, UT or Layton, UT
Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status
Ability to manage activities across multiple engineering disciplines
Preferred: Master’s degree in systems engineering
Preferred: Verifiable experience as a technical lead or project lead
Preferred: INCOSE certifications
Preferred: MBSE experience or certifications
