  • Lead process improvements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports
  • Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes
  • Manage, develop, and motivate employees
  • Execute sustainment efforts and multiple ICBM sustainment programs
  • Provide technical supervision of engineering staff

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
  • At least one year of experience in a leadership role, or completion of Boeing's internal course "Exploring Leadership"
  • 8+ years of related work experience and a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of related work experience and technical education
  • Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance; a clearance active within the past 24 months is considered active
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Must complete the Boeing First-Line Leader Assessment
  • Must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest assessment process
  • Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in systems engineering
  • Preferred: Verifiable work experience as a technical lead or project lead
  • Preferred: INCOSE certifications
  • Preferred: MBSE experience or certifications
